So I have cut down on the supplements I take...Only because it is so expensive....All of my supplements that I pick are for health benefits, energy, & metabolism.. Also nutrients and vitamins to replace what I'm missing from not eating meats....

Your not taking the garlic anymore?
@ Anonymous...I only take garlic for shedding....Usually after 7 or 8 weeks post...If I dont have shedding I dont take the garlic

Have you become a vegetarian- I saw you said something about not eating meats. I have considerably reduced my meat consumption since January 2008. I eat fried fish sometimes. This is the first thanksgiving wherein I did not cook a turkey nor did I eat a turkey.
