Sunday after my workout....In the gym locker room I added a little GVP Conditioning Balm Conditioner to hair and a little GVP Silk Infusion Serum and covered with plastic cap...Covered that with a scarf then jumped in the sauna then steam room...I left the conditioner in hair after finishing up until I got home...
After getting home I mixed GVP Green Tea Conditioner with Coconut Oil and Honey....I applied that to my hair over the conditioner already in my hair....I sat with a heating cap for 45mins then jumped in the shower and rinsed well....
Applied my Dr Bronners Magic All In One Shikaki Soap to scalp and massaged into a lather...Then a applied a little more to the length of my hair...Rinsed and softly wrapped hair in my towel while I moisturized my skin...
Because my Husband and I was going to dinner ...I then applied Long Term Relationship Conditioner and then some Macadamia oil to hair and sat under dryer with hair hanging straight down till hair was about 90 % dried......
Sectioned off my bangs ....Next parted my hair and then applied my Tea Tree Oil mix to my scalp and massaged for a few minutes
Added just a little Avocado Oil to hair and sealed with a little Vitamin E Oil....Pulled hair back into a neat low bun...And ran the flat iron just threw my bangs....
That's it....
Total Time: 2 Hours

Hi Traycee,
You applied the long term conditioner and not the leave in correct?
When you dry with your hair straight does it become hard or is it soft? also is it frizzy?
uhhhhh wow girl.u dont be playin with ur strict hair regimens. i wouldnt have the energy to do all that let alone remember.hahaha and thats y ur hair is so beautiful. kudoooooooooooooooos
No wonder your hair stays looking great! I can only deep condition under the dryer for 35 minutes MAX lol.
Jus a quick question....where do you get your macadamia oil....i bought some and the smell is something else I'll tell you. Do they make the kind with no smell. I bought mine from the grocery store. I also bought my coconut oil from there. :)
So you're deep conditioning before shampooing, then shampooing and then applying leave-in conditioner plus oils?
It's crazy that I went out and bought a gallon jug of aloe vera, plus rosewater, plus glycerin ... and I have not used that at all. I've been getting my hair done at the salon more often, so I haven't had the need to self-style. But after my next appointment next week, I think it will be awhile before I go back, so I'll be back washing my own hair and doig braidouts - and then I'll need all my potions again, LOL. The good news is that my hair is pretty long and healthy - thanks to your tips, plus a biotin supplement!
@ Hair and Beyond...No I used the Leave In ...That is a staple of mine..
@ No my hair never gets hard using that method the key is knowing wthe right products to use ...Remember Im relaxed so it doesnt get to frizzy or straight..I usually dry hanging straight down before I flat iron or do Caruso Set
@kottenkandikissez...hahhahaha...Thanks All this working out is making me do a little more than I usually do
@ Dania...I use a heating cap because its more comfortable and watch TV or answer emails and the time flys
@ Anonymous...Um I get my Macadamia Oil from Ralphs Grocery Store...But remember Im in So Cali...Mines smells Nutty...I actually like the smell
@ Monica2...Yes I deep condition a lot on dry hair before washing because it penetrates the hair better and it saves so much time..I don't have to jump in and out of the shower..After I wash Im done..Then I apply my leave in and oils
