Do Not Be Fooled by The Name Deep Moisturizing Conditioner....This is a light protein conditioner ! !
I was really nervous about trying this one because last year I tried 5 different light proteins and my hair only liked one and that was the Aphogee 2 min Reconstructor....As you guys know because of the amount of moisture I have been using I had to up my protein treatments to every other week ( Aphogee 2 min Reconstructor)..And my hair has been loving it....My hair has really been thriving ....
My Review
Before leaving the gym...I covered hair and new growth with GVP Tea Tree conditioner and put on my satin scarf before getting in the sauna....After I got home I jumped in the shower and rinsed... Then used my Hair One... I followed up with Mane N Tail Deep Moisturizing Conditioner...I mixed in a little Honey & Coconut Oil...Covered with a plastic cap and sat under my heating cap for 10 mins...After rinsing I could feel immediate results... My hair felt stronger yet soft ....I loved the way it gave me softness and moisture at the same time...I loved it...It will now go into the rotation...Its so much cheaper than Aphogee...Not sure how often I will be using this..But I plan to use this and just use the Aphogee 2 Min Reconstructor immediately following my relaxer
Tip
I didn't really know how strong this was so I left it on my hair for 10 mins with heat... but I recommend leaving on hair 10 mins without heat and with heat only 5 mins...If needed you can follow up with a moisturizing conditioner

ok so how is this a moisturizing conditioner if it has alcohol in it. like it would be ok if the alcohols were down the list but they r like the second and third on the ingredients list.isnt that contridicting?

Cetearyl- naturally derived alcohol that provides the creamy consistency that makes hair products easy to distribute through the hair it also lubricates our hair making detangling easier.
Cetyl- fatty alcohol that is derived from coconut and palm oils. Far from drying this emollient makes hair softer
Stearyl- fatty emollient moisturizer
I never write reviews and this product was so bad, that I just had to write about it. I have naturally curly hair and it made it even more dry and frizzy. I wanted to rip my hair out because it would feel horrible. This shampoo is bullcrap and a complete waste of money. Take my word for it.
Anonymous.... Sorry you didn't have good results... I use to LOVE the moisturizing conditioner and detangling spray....
I never tried the shampoo but I will take your word for it..hahaha
Wow, I have never used the shampoo, but i use the conditioner. I want to try the detangler as well..
Hmmm. So is this product not a good idea to use as my weekly deep conditioner since its really a light protein? I just started using it and DC with it once so far.
@SagiDiva...maybe it will do something different for your hair! I'm going to give a try as my weekly deep conditioner b/c of the price and NO parabens & propylene glycol.
Could you recommend a deep conditioner?
I love all of the mane and tail products and my hair grew really long really fast I use the shampoo and conditioner weekly and I am absolutely on love with it ..
