1x a week I will follow up one of my deep conditioning treatments with Roux Porosity Conditioner
for 30secs
Co wash as needed after my workouts
Follow up all washes and co washes with CHI KERATIN MIST (protein)
Airdry always
Relax every 3-4 months
Retouch color 3-4 weeks following my relaxer
Trim every relaxer

Argan Oil
I just had to share this.....I have been using the One 'n Only Argan Oil Treatment from Sally Beauty Supply and I love it....I use it to prepoo, to seal and air dry....
I love this stuff so much I'm going to order Pure Moroccan....I can only imagine how good the pure stuff is...
Ingredients:
Dimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethiconol, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Fragrance (Parfum), Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Yellow 11 (CI 47000), Red 17 (CI 26100)
Usage Tips:
Styling and Finishing: Distribute a small amount of oil evenly through clean, towel-dried hair; use heat to style. Distribute a small amount through dry hair to moisturize, reduce frizz and add instant shine. Smoothing and Conditioning: Smoothes the hair instantly, leaving it revitalized with a healthy look and feel. Hydrates, protects, revives and detangles natural hair, wigs and extensions. Color/Chemical Process: Prior to treatment massage a small amount of oil evenly into hair. Do not rinse. Then mix approximately 1/4 teaspoon of oil with the color, highlighting, straightening or relaxer solution and process as usual. One 'n Only Argan Oil increases absorption of product into hair for enhanced shine and depth of color.

Today I stopped at TJmaxx to find these cheaper prices all of you brag about....I was able to pick up CHI Keratin Mist for $7.99 , the CHI Infra Treatment for $7.99 , and Giovanni direct leave in conditioner $ 4.99
I'm excited to try the Giovanni Direct Leave In tonight ....So I will do a review tomorrow....I won't be trying the CHI Infra Treatment next time I flat iron in a couple of weeks...
Only thing is they didn't have the CHI Silk Infusion....
***I chickened out on trying the Giovanni tonight *** Maybe next time

Dream Killers
Kanye West said it best " Dream Killer " ....
Yes Dream Killers...Some people call them haters ..But Dream Killers is the best name I've heard yet...Dream Killers hate to see you hope and dream of more...They hate to see you happy or feeling good about yourself....
You have Dream Killers everywhere....Anything positive and that person has something negative to say about it...The better you do...The more they don't like you...
Dream Killer's come in the form of people we call friends , co workers and family...But with the internet ...Dream Killers are worse...My heart still goes out to the young girl that got talked into suicide over the internet by that older women...Internet takes dream killers to the next level...
Don't believe ...Go check out Fotki, or some peoples pages on different sites any site..Next take a look at some of the different comments....And what will you find ....At least 1 Dream Killer...Internet makes it worse because they can hide behind Anonymous or alias titles so other people won't see them for the ugly that they are..
Yes ugliness...Who gets off on leaving comments with the intent of hurting someone...Yep ....Thats a Dream Killer...Older people always say...Misery loves company....People that try to cause hurt and misery to others are hurt and mirserable themselves...
Take myself...Do you think I would have this blog ?? My site ?? If I cared about comments from Dream Killers..Do you think the other ladies doing there thing.... Really care ??? No....Because we don't let Dream Killers kill our dreams..
I talked to a young lady today that is leaving all hair sites because of dream killers leaving horrible comments on her page on another hair site ( I won't mention the name of)....I say again Sis...Don't let dream killers destroy your dreams..Or let them run you out of a place you love to socialize...

Ugghhh....Its Cold !!!
Well some of you would not consider this cold.....But I am freezing...I hate the cold...I honestly don't think I could move from So. Cali.....Unless it was desert or something..hahahahaha...I didn't go to the gym yesterday because it was so cold I didn't even want to leave the house...I did make myself go grocery shopping at Costco's ...Thats about it....I'm about to drop the last set of kids at school and make it to the gym...
The Hubby is home so we plan to go running at the track ...Then do our weight training at the gym....We try to switch it up often....
Right now the thought of cleaning my hair makes me cringe....The thought of airdrying makes me cringe even more...Its too cold for my blood....But my scalp is begging to breathe ...So I will use my Hair One ...Deep Condition....Then dry under hooded dryer...

Tip Of The Day
Alot of you ask me questions about household tips...Because you know I have a basketball team living in my house...Hahahahaha...Yet my house stays clean...Everyone has responsibilities ..
Here is a tip that is a must in my house..
Clean and freshen your laundry by adding 1-2 teaspoonfuls of Eucalyptus Oil to each load of wash. Clothes are left smelling super fresh..Removes odors completely from mildew clothes and towels, Musty Clothes ( Those work out clothes or football jersey , PE Clothes that just holds on to musty smells....Eucalyptus oil takes it right out...Just add 1-2 teaspoons)
Had to add it makes your towels super soft
To remove stains, grass, grease, ink etc ..Soak with diluted eucalyptus about 1 hour before washing.
You can quickly remove Chewing Gum, paint, oil, grease, ink marks from clothes shoes using the pure oil.
Add 1-2 teaspoons into your carpet shampooer and it does all the above for your carpet as well...
( Kids get stuffy add a few drops into their humidier...Opens up their nose and chest right away)
