Damp Bunning It

Why is it easy to stretch sometimes and other times its so hard ?? I think I maybe 8-9 weeks post and my new growth is out of control ...Its not a lot of new growth ...It just seems like it is growing in a lot coarser than normal...

On top of my managing two different hair textures...My hair got really dry today...The Hubby and I was out most of the day and my hair just kept getting drier and drier....I all could do was think about getting home to fix this....

I guess wearing my hair out everyday ...My hair is finally begging for a break... I decided to baggy/deep condition overnight...

I applied Nexxus Humectress from root to tip on dry hair ..Covered my hair with a plastic cap and my scarf..

Tomorrow I will rinse and co wash...I plan on damp bunning for a couple of weeks to give my
hair a much needed break..

Happy Thanksgiving !!!

I guess there are a few hours left to Thanksgiving...So Happy Thanksgiving !!!! I hope all of you took the time to thank God for all the people and things in your life...

I didn't do much to my hair for today....So much cooking.... Who had time for hair ??? I just did a 2 braid -braid out..Nothing fancy...

I have fallen back in love with braid outs...Thats all I have been rockin since Sept .....I love the fact that my braid outs hang about MBL.....Sometimes I dream of WL braidouts...But that would mean I would have to grow my hair out to probably Tail bone...Which I would never do..That is way too much hair for me ...Hahaaha

I'm 8 weeks post relaxer and I have about 1 inch of new growth ...Which isn't bad at all...I just flat ironed my hair a couple of weeks ago and I didn't really have any newgrowth at all...Then all of the sudden its growing ing like a vengance...I can't be the only person that experiences this ???

Giovanni Smooth as Silk Deeper Conditioner

I loved this conditoner...It is replacing Silk Elements ...My new staple !!!! It has a grapefruit and citrus smell..You either love the smell or you don't...I love it !!! My hair is soft and silky for days following this conditioner....

I'm really loving Giovanni and I plan on trying more of their other products....I'm not trying to go all natural....But Giovanni being natural is a really big plus

Going Back To The Basics

Today I went to the grocery store and purchased Avocado Oil and Macadamia Oil.....Most of you know those are my favorite oils....I stopped using these because I was being cheap..I tried the Proclaim Natural 7 Oil and I liked it ......But nothing beats the real thing....

What's I've Been Up To Lately

Hey Ladies...

Did ya miss me ????

No seriously...Last week was a busy week...Still adjusting...

I have went back to work as a make up artist...Which was what i did really before I started being a stay at home Mom 6 years ago...

I'm doing the make up for 2 movies right now ...( My projects)...Crazy part is working has landed me a couple of small speaking roles...Which is so funny...

Getting to the sets at these early hours and working out who picks up the kids and who drops them off to 3 different schools has been stressful to say the least...But I have been able to work it out each day....Thanks to my family...( Too cheap to hire anyone right now)

So thats what I have been up to....I got so many emails asking what am I up to...So many of you feel like you know me ...Know me.....Thats good...Then I think a % is just plain nosey...Hahahahaha..But its all good..
