Hey... You guys miss me ??? Lol... I have been around on K.I.S.S. and on you tube... I just haven't been blogging which is horrible.. Not only haven't I been blogging but I have been neglecting my poor hair... I have been wearing my hair in a braid out all week but I have not deep conditioned my hair in a little over 2 weeks....
I know ... I know... I just haven't been feeling it lately and today my hair said she has had enough... It was feeling so dry and coarse this evening.. Well I was preparing to go ahead and shampoo and deep condition but the migraine I was having said NOPE....LOL
I grabbed a empty spray bottle and put
1 ounce of Suave Strawberry's n Cream Moisture Milk Conditioner
1 ounce of Silk Amino Acids
2 ounces of Purified Water
2 ounces of Aloe Vera Juice
tsp of Glycerin
tsp of Sweet Almond Oil
I spritz my hair extremely well ... Covered my hair with Elasta Qp Mango Butter and twisted my hair and pinned it up...Put on my scarf ....A couple of hours later I checked my hair and it feels amazing !!! I think I just found my new moisturizing spritz

Welcome back Traycee! Thanks for the recipe. I'm thinking of getting braided extensions too. Yes I have also missed you. I hope your migraine goes away soon.
I think I am going to have to try this!....how many weeks post are u now?
That's awesome, thanks for sharing! I was wondering, a while back you said you wasn't going to be sealing your hair anymore, hows that going??? Whats the update on that? I think I missed that video (if there is one)....
Hey Tracyee,
I know this is an old post but I was thinking about using this mix.. how often can you use this on your hair? Is it something you can use as a moisturizer every night.. I asked because of the silk amino acids in it.. Didnt know if they were strong enough to cause protein overload.
Thanks!!
