Looking forward to the fitness posts! Although I am currently a size 6, I am trying to get rid of 10-15 pounds. A size 4 is calling my name!

im excited to see alternative cardio workouts because i have really bad knees too and the treadmill kills them :s

Tracy congratulations! I love how your husband supports you in this and how you both have taken a stand to help others get and stay at a healthy weight! I love what u said about mindset! I cant live without cardio and i've had to make up my mind that my relaxed hair just cant be perfectly straight all the time! I really love what you guys are taking the time to do!!

Congratulation on your weight loss Tracy. I would like to thank you for the many different topics you bring to this site. I too have bad knees and would like and need to loose 50bls. So I look forward to hearing more about the different cardio thats good for me.
Side bar. If you have a problem with really bad dandruff to the point that it looks like crable cap what can I do for that?

Omgosh I'm in the same boat as you Trina. Once I indulge in my cravings I get off track with my weight loss, then it becomes hard for me to motivate myself in getting back on track :(

I'm ready to lose for good and keep it off.
