I enjoy the couples work out videos as well. I am with Monica, on this one. I work out at home. Do you all plan on doing any @ home videos? Any quick home routines. Mine currently consists of 45 minutes advanced level elliptical and about 20-30mins weight lifting all @ home.

Traycee. You and your husband are truly a beautiful couple. Thanks for inspiring us. I recently started working out at home with my hubby. It's difficult since we both have very different goals, but we have been able to motivate each other to get up and move.

I dont have kids. I dont have a man. But im motivated! Good job. and you all seem like a very nice couple. not perfect but actually making an effort in your marriage to do good; as well as the effort put towards the kids. Very nice to see
