It's always great to try new things and revisit old things, especially as your hair improves! But knowing you have a regimen and products to go back to when things dont turn out favorable proves to be invaluable! I've learned my techniques from doing what somewhat else did and just modifying from that- actually my entire regimen is just one big modification to suit what my hair's needs.

I am textlax via the adding oil method to slow down the relaxing process. I use SE no lye and have gotten great results, and now Im itching to try the no lye ORS! Have you done a video on why you prefer lye vs no lye?

Your hair looks amazing! Wearing the same outfit and doing a length check from behind would suffice! Thanks for sharing!

i've been faithfully checking every day waiting for this relaxer video! i love the reults im planning to use ors next time to. they didnt have mild so i was worried but i will just add oils next time. i think taking a picture from the back would be best (though the front pic was cool b/c i never see them), wearing the same shirt perhaps and just drawing a line :) Be blessed in all you do!

Hi Tracyee, I hope all is well. I recently started my hair journey and I'm still learning A LOT! When you do relax your hair how long do you leave it on. I usually go to the hairdresser when I need a relaxer because I'm scared to try it on myself. But maybe i'll get the courage to. Thanks for all your great advice and recommendations. Have a blessed day.

You looked gorgeous in your vid as always. Really looking forward to seeing your length check. I think a photo from behind would be better. Perhaps you could wear a dress that is marked or not.

Hey Traycee! Why did you have to tell me about ORS relaxer?! Now I'm gonna have to give it a try LOL. I did my first self relaxer with Silk Elements Lye Reg. and got good results but I wasn't blown away or anything. Next relaxer I went to Elasta QP Organic infusion in lye reg. and I think it may have actually caused breakage (either this or a protein overload). I was gonna just go back to SE until I saw this video. Now I think I'll give it one last try to find my favorite.
As far as length checking I think you should just do the same shirt, maybe one where you wear a belt with it so we have a good mark of where your waist is.

Hi Tracy! Your hair looks great as usual! Quick question...are you still using the "Bee Mine" line? I noticed the banner is no longer on the site so I was just curious.

Thanks!
Melissa.

Traycee - I am truly blown away by your hair and your willingness to document your journey!! I have a great video idea for you - you have BLESSED thousands with videos and blog post instructing on "what to do with our hair"...

You have said many times that you did not always have long, luxurious hair - can u pleeeeaaaaassee do a video explaining what you USED TO DO and why that stunted your hair growth in the past!

That would be awesome - just a video about why your hair did not reach this length and health in the past. That will helps lots of us who may be doing the same things you used to do in the past! :)

Maybe you already have a vid like this - can u tell us how to find it! :) Much love!

Oh wow! That's great, I'm going to be switching to ORS lye in a few months' time so I'm really pleased to see that you're happy with the results. Your hair looks gorgeous. Hip length is fantastic, well done!

@ Anonymous... Yes I still use the Bee Mine... The banner is still on the main page of the KISS (k-i-s-s.biz) website... Still in my rotation.. Whenever you want to see what I'm using go to my profile page on KISS

Thanks for the compliments and suggestions

For Length check, why not wear a tube top or halter top. Allows you to stay covered and the top option allows the hair to drop freely w/o a goin topless
