Venting...

Well I woke up this morning feeling great... I was going to do a video for a jewelry giveaway then dress for the gym... I unbraided my hair to wear a braid out and it was horrible.. New growth said no no no..LOL

I decided to dampen my hair and pull it into a ponytail .. I wet the brush and did 2 strokes in the front and the third stroke in the back of my hair is when everything went seriously wrong... As I stroked the back of my hair a pain shoot up my left shoulder through my neck , back of my head .. Then in my left ear... It was horrible ... It felt like a pulled muscle... As I cried out in pain it wasn't getting better... 

Can you believe I got a crock in my neck ? A long time ago I used to get them while I was sleeping and the next day you can't really turn my head... But never got one while I was awake and one that hurt this bad ..This thing had me down all day.. Even tonight hours later it hurts so bad ... Just laying here it  hurts....

Uggghh.. So frustrating...
