Getting Back On The Grind

So I have been on the grind all week. Trying to get back disciplined . Just simple things I used to do like taking my vitamins seem so hard to do . The smell makes me nauseous and they are so hard to swallow. Funny b/c you guys know how many supplements I used to take. Maybe that's why I can't stand taking them now lol.

I have only been taking the Country Life Maxi-hair Vitamins.  I have been taking them at bedtime. In about a week I will add my multi-vitamin and that's it. I plan to take my Multi-Vitamin in the morning and the hair vitamin at night.

What has made my hair journey so sucessful was the fact that I was so disciplined. So I have to get back faithful to my journey. I'm really trying to step up my blogging, you tubing  and everything else. I know once I get back into the swing of things everything will become second nature again.

  2. I had to chuckle at "you know how many I used to take." Even though you haven't been blogging, your hair hasn't suffered a bit! Maintenance is easy for you!

  3. Hi, Why don't you try Andrew Lessman's Hair, Skin, Nails vitamins (I did a video review)? The smell isn't bad and I've noticed an improvement in my skin hair and nails lol. My nails grew a quarter of an inch without breaking in less than 2 weeks. Typically they break off. Hair, all is well but typically is. I think it's growing faster. Skin, I have a condition on my back that seems to be clearing up and all I've done is exfoliate and take these supps. Worth a shot. You can get them from HSN or QVC. I always forget which.

  5. I feel you on the vitamin making you gag. I have the same issue taking my multivitamins. They are now sitting in the back of my car lost somewhere. I will probably go get them out tonight! We can do this!
@Anonymous 946, good luck on your education endeavor. Don't give up no matter how hard it gets!
Best wishes to you and your family Tracie

  6. I've got to get back more disciplined in taking my vitamins. I was doing pretty good for while. Now I take them like once a week...such a slacker.

  9. Since you are having a hard time taking vitamins...you could also look into the gummie vitamins for adults. I recommend Samrtypants adult gummy vitamins with Omega 3. It's all organic and taste great. I just bought my first bottle a few weeks ago. They taste delicious. Now I love vitamins, helps my hair journey from the inside out. I dont work for them....just a small suggestion

  10. Hi, I am having some hair issues and wondered if anyone could offer any advice. I am open to it all at this point. My hair has been breaking off on the top of my head. It's fist sized now. I have no idea what to do. I have been told that its stress, that sometimes this happens after a baby (who is now a few months shy of four), poor dixxzet (which i dont think is that bad). My doctor looked at my scalp and saw nothing but still prescribed me a ketoconazole shampoo. I recently tried wild growth hair oil for a few months. I switched perms. Im now trying sulfur 8, at the advice of my grandmother. Nothings helping. I used to has beautiful hair, that was low maintanence. Now its just shameful. Any helpful advice is appreciated. Thanks.
